GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. No Registration Fees Involved
2. Each college may register a maximum of eight (8) participants and only one entry per event.
3. Participants must carry their college ID card and an official permission letter from their institution.
4. Participants are required to bring their own laptop, pen drive, and internet dongle (if needed).
5. All teams must report to the venue by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the event.
6. To be considered for the Overall Championship, participation in all events is mandatory.
7. Any pre-assignment task, if applicable, will be communicated the night before the event.
8. Food and refreshments will be provided to all registered participants.
9. The judges’ decision shall be final and binding in all matters. Any form of misconduct or indiscipline will result in immediate disqualification of the team.
10. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules or schedules, and is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
11. Participants must confirm registration with event coordinators via phone or email.
